If you wish to return an item, please read over our return policy as we offer custom-printed products and our policy may differ from other luggage policies.
Returns can only be accepted in the event the item(s) is defective, or an error has been made on our part. If you deem the item(s) to be defective, we ask that you Contact Us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Please do not return any item(s) without having contacted us first. Otherwise, you could delay the process and/or as a result, you could be charged for the item(s) to be returned back to you if the item(s) does not meet our return policy agreement.
Please be aware that while we do everything we can to ensure that the online preview of your order and the finished product are accurate and of the highest quality, the representation of your design can differ depending on the device and software you are using.
Please be sure to check over the item(s), colour choices, and spelling/punctuation before submitting your order since you cannot update your order after the item has been processed.
Any returns will be at the cost of the customer. We do recommend that all returns are sent via Certified Mail, as we cannot be held responsible if the item(s) is not received by our Returns Department. When returning an item(s), please include a detailed cover letter, which should contain a reason for the return and the order reference number. This number can be found either by accessing your online account or on your original order confirmation email. We offer either a credit to your account or exchange for a product of the same value.
